With nearly five decades of hands-on experience in the dental industry, I don't just understand dental staffing—I’ve lived it.
My journey began in 1978, and over the years, I’ve worn almost every hat in the practice, serving dedicated tenures as both a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and a Dental Office Manager (OM).
This dual background gives me a unique, 360-degree insight into what it takes to run a successful practice. I understand the clinical precision required in the back office just as deeply as I understand the operational flow, patient relations, and financial metrics needed in the front.
Having spent years hiring, onboarding, and mentoring employees—combined with extensive training in dental practice management—I know exactly how to spot top-tier talent and match it with the unique culture of a practice.
